Customs Information

When you place an order on WichMart to be delivered in a country or territory not belonging to the European Union, it is possible that the recipient has to pay import duties and taxes upon arrival at the destination.

  •     Your order did not arrive not due to factors related to the buyer (for example: the wrong shipping address was provided).

  •     The product is within our Domestic Return guarantee.
  •     Your account is in good standing.
  •     Your item is returned due to customs duties (customs clearance/taxes are not included)
